At this time, change of mind returns are not accepted. All of our designs are submitted to customers for approval before production begins. Once you approve your design, it is considered final and no changes or cancellations can be made after approval. We encourage you to carefully review your design before giving your approval to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and are happy to assist with resolving any issues. To begin the process, please email us at stackedwithmeaning@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the faulty or damaged item(s)

  • A description of the issue

Once we receive your email, we will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions. If the item is indeed faulty, we will be happy to either provide a replacement or offer a refund.

How to Return a Faulty Item:

  2. We will review the issue and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive the returned faulty item, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
